Wastewater Operator

Summary

The Wastewater Operator serves as the primary operator on a rotating basis for the District's wastewater facilities. Duties include sample collection, laboratory analysis, and industrial equipment maintenance.

Wastewater Responsibilities

- Monitor and adjust wastewater treatment plant operations for peak efficiency. - Collect effluent samples and perform required laboratory testing. - Troubleshoot and assist with maintenance of industrial equipment and pumps. - Document and report operational data to the Wastewater Supervisor.

Qualifications

- High School Diploma or GED. - Valid Driver's License. - Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays. - Experience in wastewater laboratory analysis preferred.
